Refund Policy

Once you use any paid features after payment, full refunds are not available.

Using a paid feature means running analysis beyond the free limit (100 photos per folder). Up to 100 photos per folder is free with no time limit, so please try the app thoroughly before paying.

If you have not used any paid features, you can refund yourself within 14 days of the payment date on the purchase page, using your license key and the email address you paid with. The key is deactivated immediately and the amount is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. The app records the first use of paid features with our server, so only keys with no such record are refunded automatically. For anything the page cannot handle, email support@pickyshot.com with the email address you paid with and your license key.

Passes

The 1-week, 1-month and 1-year passes are all paid once and do not renew. There is no early-termination refund; only the 14-day unused refund above applies. There is no subscription to cancel: a pass simply ends when its period is over.
